Carnaroli risotto ready to be cooked with Italian asparagus. Dose for 2/3 people.
It is prepared in 20 minutes: just toast the rice in a pot and add a little at a time about 650 ml of hot water, until the cooking is reached. Mature to taste over the fire.

Carnaroli Rice Classic 88%, granular vegetable broth (salt, starch and maltodextrins of potatoes, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural aromas, spices), asparagus* 3.7%, rice flour. *Dry ingredient.
