Greenish yellow color. The nose is delicate, typically fruity and in particular with a hint of banana and melon. In the mouth it is dry, fresh, lively and pleasantly full.

Production area: plain around the town of Cortina del Vino, Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige

Training system: low-cane Guyot

Harvest: hand-harvested in crates

Vinification: The grapes undergo cold maceration for a few hours before pressing to enhance the fruity aroma. They are then gently pressed and the must is allowed to settle naturally

Refinement: alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19°C

Alcohol content: 13% - contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
