Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: 3 hours of maceration under a carbon dioxide atmosphere, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16°C.

Ageing: 6 months in oak barrels

Alcohol content: 12.5% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 10–12°C
