Cipollosa is made using artisanal methods and selected red onions to achieve a perfect balance between sweetness and delicate aromatic notes. The artisanal preparation enhances the natural qualities of the raw ingredients. The result is a refined and rich product with a balanced, lingering flavour, ideal for accompanying cheeses or enriching gourmet dishes with an elegant sweet-and-sour touch.

Ingredients
Red onions 80%, sugar 20%, red wine (sulphites), balsamic vinegar glaze, lemon juice, juniper, cloves, salt, pepper. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
