CLASSIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical processes. It is cold extracted (< 27°C) and the free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, is less than 0.8%. The color is clear with shades that vary from green to straw yellow. The flavor is strong, full-bodied, and enveloping. It is ideal for adding, both during cooking and raw, to flavor legume soups, mixed salads, and bruschetta.
