CLASSIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Casa Iuorio products are created with full respect for the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. Crops are grown in open fields without intensive farming methods, greenhouses or chemicals, using only native varieties. They are harvested by hand and processed directly on the farm, selecting only ingredients at their perfect stage of ripeness. The products are also jarred and labelled by hand, ensuring a controlled supply chain and authentic products that truly express their place of origin.
Superior-category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. It is cold-extracted (<27°C), and its free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, is below 0.8%. It has a clear appearance, with hues ranging from green to straw yellow. Its flavour is bold, full-bodied and enveloping. It is ideal for use both during cooking and as a finishing oil, adding flavour to legume soups, mixed salads and bruschetta.
