Classic roasted hazelnuts are obtained from selected hazelnuts and carefully processed to best preserve their organoleptic characteristics. After roasting, the product is vacuum packaged, a solution that allows the aroma, fragrance and freshness to be kept intact over time, without the use of preservatives. The result is a hazelnut with an intense and balanced flavour, crunchy and fragrant, ideal to be consumed as a natural snack or as a versatile ingredient in cooking and pastry making.
