CLASSIC VALPOLICELLA DOC
A delicate red wine, fragrant floral reminiscent of purple and rose. Fresh, dry and balanced with hints of cherry and almond, throughout the meal and particularly suitable for the first courses of meat.
The harvest takes place with the manual collection of the grapes in speakers to be carried out in October.
The vinification with thinning and delicate pressing of the grapes.
Alcoholic fermentation is conducted at a temperature of 25 degrees for a duration of 8/10 days with daily reassessions and crowds. The fermentation takes place in November and the wine is kept in the stainless steel tanks until bottling.
