Zabà is the jarred version of the zabaione that has always accompanied his affogatos. Prepared according to the traditional Turin recipe, fresh eggs from free-range hens, 100% Italian sugar and a touch of Marsala are used, for an authentic and enveloping taste. Behind this project there is also a story of inclusion: Zabà was born in the Torre dell'Eremo di Pecetto (TO), together with a group of disabled kids, with
the aim of combining tradition, quality and social value in every spoon.

Ingredients
Sugar, Marsala wine (contains sulphites), egg yolk pasteurized from free-range hens of Cat. A (23.7%), rice starch. May contain traces of milk e nuts. GLUTEN FREE.
Shake before opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
