The Cocoa & Cervia Sweet Salt® Pralines with Pistachio and Caramel offer two refined interpretations of Gardini’s chocolate-making artistry. The pistachio pralines feature an extra dark chocolate shell filled with a smooth pistachio ganache, while the caramel pralines combine a milk chocolate shell with an indulgent salted caramel centre. Both varieties are enhanced by the distinctive Cervia Sweet Salt®, which brings out the aromas and creates an elegant balance between sweetness and savoury notes. Sugar, hazelnuts, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, lactose, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, whole Cervia sea salt 0.3%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of hazelnuts.
