CRUDAIOLA-STYLE COURGETTES IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Selected courgettes, processed fresh according to the traditional crudaiola recipe. Preserved in extra virgin olive oil and flavoured with mint, garlic and a delicate touch of chilli, they retain a fresh, fragrant and pleasantly aromatic flavour. Ideal as an appetiser, side dish or ingredient for Mediterranean recipes. An authentic preserve that enhances the simplicity and quality of its ingredients.

Ingredients
Courgettes (75%), extra virgin olive oil (21%), white wine vinegar (contains sulphites), lemon juice, hot chilli pepper, garlic, mint, oregano.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate at +5°C for up to 1 month, keeping the product completely covered with oil.

Perfect pairing
Perfect with buffalo mozzarella, burrata and fresh cheeses, they are also ideal for filling gourmet sandwiches and focaccia or enriching summer salads, couscous and cold pasta dishes. Also excellent as a side dish for fish, white meats and mixed grills.
