The Gin Primo Chocolate Bar is the result of the encounter between Gardini’s fine chocolate and Federico Lugaresi’s Romagna sea salt gin. Gardini’s dark chocolate blend encloses a creamy gin ganache, creating a harmonious balance of flavours that captures the character of Romagna in every bite. The Gin Primo Chocolate Bar was also awarded the Compagnia del Cioccolato “Tavoletta d’Oro 2024” prize.

Ingredients
Cocoa mass, sugar, whole milk powder, Gin Primo distillate 12% (water, alcohol, distillates of aromatic plants (juniper, santolina, lemon verbena, lavender), sea salt, 43% vol.), anhydrous butter, invert sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Minimum cocoa solids: 62%.
May contain traces of hazelnuts. Gin origin: EU (Italy).
