Dalla Dispensa is an artisan company with the aim of recovering and enhancing the authentic flavors of tradition. The company operates between a laboratory, shop and small restaurant in the Val d'Ossola area, offering products made from simple and natural ingredients, respecting the recipes of the past and local raw materials. The project stands out for a strongly identifying approach, which combines artisanal production, valorisation of the territory and attention to quality, offering an experience that goes beyond the product and tells of a lifestyle linked to the mountains and authenticity.
The venison rags is prepared according to a traditional recipe, with meat selected to guarantee an intense and characteristic flavour. The process involves slow cooking and the use of a few ingredients, chosen to best enhance the peculiarities of the raw material, without the addition of preservatives or colorings. The result is a genuine product, with a strong and well-balanced flavour, with elegant wild notes, ideal for enhancing traditional first courses.
Ingredients
Venison 60%, pork belly 2%, celery, onion, red wine (sulphites), Italian tomato puree, Italian extra-virgin olive oil, natural flavourings, bay leaf, juniper, salt, pepper. Without added preservatives and colourants. After opening, store in the refrigerator.
