DIGESTIVE LIQUEUR NOCINO OF THE AMALFI COAST

Infusion of herbs and walnuts, a digestive par excellence with its 40% alcohol, is also known as "Nocillo" or "Nucillo". It is June 24 when the walnuts are collected, of Sorrento and Malizia varieties, still immature but rich in very fragrant essential oils, and let themselves be macerate for 40 days. Small doses of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg complete the scene of perfumes.
