Gardini Dobloni are thin, filled artisanal chocolate coins created to celebrate the meeting of fine chocolate-making tradition and outstanding regional ingredients. Available in two distinctive yet perfectly balanced varieties, the milk chocolate version contains a smooth caramel cream enhanced by the delicate mineral note of Sale Dolce di Cervia®, which complements its sweetness with a pleasant savoury touch. The extra-dark chocolate variety encloses a creamy gianduja filling, also enriched with Sale Dolce di Cervia®, creating a refined contrast between the intensity of cocoa and the mellow flavour of hazelnuts. Two elegant interpretations that embody Gardini’s artisanal quality and the harmony of carefully selected ingredients.

Cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, lactose, hazelnuts, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar (1%), Cervia whole sea salt (0.3%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

Cocoa mass, sugar, hazelnuts (12%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, Cervia whole sea salt (0.5%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
