Amber in color. On the nose, it reveals an intense and persistent bouquet with notable notes of sultanas, candied fruit, dried figs and walnut. On the palate, it is dense and balanced with an acidity harmoniously by sweetness. Long and elegant finish.

Harvest: hand-harvested in crates

Vinification: drying of the grapes in the fruit cellar for at least 5 months, followed by pressing and slow fermentation in oak vats without protection from oxidation

Refinement: aged in oak vats for a several years, followed by in the  a few months in bottle

Alcohol content: 13% - Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
