LABI is an independent craft brewery founded in 2014 in Rosà, near Bassano del Grappa, from three friends’ shared passion for high-quality craft beer. Its name, an acronym for “La Artigianale Birra Italiana”, embodies the spirit of the project and evokes a convivial, cheerful and distinctly Italian way of life. Production focuses on top-fermented beers, inspired primarily by British and Belgian brewing traditions and made with carefully selected ingredients.
This low-alcohol craft beer is a modern interpretation of the Micro IPA style, distinguished by its balanced, contemporary profile. Its complex aromatic bouquet combines delicate spicy notes of hop flowers with tropical and floral nuances imparted by dry hopping with American Sabro hops. Light and dry on the palate, it is made exclusively with Pale Ale malt, providing balance and a clean flavour. The bitterness is noticeable but never aggressive, well integrated into the structure and softened through careful mash management. A fresh, contemporary beer created to offer exceptional drinkability without sacrificing aromatic complexity.
