Italian Craft Beer (LABI) stands out for being produced mainly following two brewing traditions: the Anglo-Saxon and the Belgian one, both characterized by top fermentation. The raw materials used are carefully selected and come exclusively from reliable suppliers, present on the market for years and recognized for the quality of their products.
Craft beer with low alcohol content, interpreted in a Micro IPA key and characterized by a modern and balanced profile. On the nose it expresses itself with a complex aromatic bouquet, where the delicate spicy notes of flowering hops intertwine with tropical and floral nuances given by dry hopping with American Sabro hops. In the mouth it is light and dry, supported by a base of only Pale Ale Malt which guarantees balance and clean taste. The bitterness is present but never aggressive, well integrated into the structure and made gentler by the mash processing. A fresh and contemporary beer, designed to offer great drinkability without sacrificing aromatic complexity.
