Donna Annunziata is a Calabrian farm based in Molochio, in the heart of Aspromonte National Park. For generations, it has cultivated its own olive groves using methods that respect the environment and local tradition, transforming the olives into high-quality extra virgin olive oils. The entire supply chain, from cultivation and harvesting to packaging, is managed directly on the farm to guarantee freshness, traceability and product authenticity.
The chilli oil is a condiment obtained by infusing selected chillies in high-quality extra virgin olive oil made from olives grown in Calabria. It is processed at low temperatures to preserve its organoleptic properties and ensure the lasting intensity of the Calabrian chilli aroma. This condiment has a bold sensory profile, perfect for enhancing pasta dishes, meats, vegetables and pizzas.
