Fat-Free Water Grissini embody the essence of Piedmontese grissini tradition: thin, crisp and delicately flavoured, they are made with just a few carefully selected ingredients and without palm oil, for a simple and authentic profile. The artisanal double-kneading process and hand-stretching ensure perfect crispness, while the use of water and type “0” soft wheat flour gives them an unmistakable lightness, making them ideal with starters and aperitifs or simply enjoyed on their own as a snack.

Type “0” soft wheat flour (EU origin), water (3.5% in the finished product, 32% at origin) (origin: Italy), salt, brewer’s yeast, barley malt extract, natural flavouring (contains wheat). Allergens: gluten. May contain traces of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), sesame, soya, milk derivatives, eggs, mustard. Preservative-free.
