Fior di Latte and Hazelnut Spread with Caramelised Hazelnut Crumble is a delicious interpretation of Piedmontese confectionery tradition, combining the smooth, velvety texture of fior di latte with the irresistible crunch of caramelised Piedmont Hazelnuts PGI. Natural vanilla adds delicate, rounded aromatic notes, while the hazelnut crumble creates a pleasing contrast of textures. Perfect enjoyed by the spoonful or used to enrich desserts, tarts and sweet breakfast bakes.

Ingredients
Raw beet sugar, milk powder, sunflower oil, Piedmont PGI hazelnut paste, caramelised hazelnuts, soya lecithin, vanilla. Made in a facility that also handles milk, nuts, peanuts, soya, celery, mustard.
Store in a cool, dry place.
