Breeding system: Guyot

Harvest: hand-harvested in crates at the end of August

Vinification: after preparation of the sparkling base wine, following careful grape selection, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature

Refinement: after completion of the sparkling process, the wine rests in the bottle before release

Alcohol content: 12,5%

Serving temperature: 5-7°C. Open the bottle just before serving
