Audere LACIOCCOLATA is an artisan reality rooted in Upper Piedmont. The production philosophy is based on a clear and rigorous rule: use only a few ingredients, the truly essential ones, always natural and selected with the utmost attention.
The 1 kg bag of aromatic and refined coffee gianduiotti is perfect for the HoReCa channel: it can also be offered in combination with a liqueur or a spirit, to enhance an elegant after-dinner experience.
Ingredients
External (approximately 50%): sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, hazelnuts 15%, milk whole powder, milk skimmed powder, emulsifier: lecithin soy; natural vanilla flavour. Filling (approximately 50%): sugar, oil and fractionated vegetable fats (palm and rapeseed of variable proportions), cocoa 12%, whey powder, 7% coffee, low-fat cocoa powder, lactose, milk skimmed powder, emulsifier: lecithin soy, vanillin. May contain traces of gluten.
Store in a cool, dry place (preferably 16-18°C)
