Food specialties based on Italian biological legumes: 100% Italian gluten-free legume paste. It is obtained from steam cooked legumes and dried at low temperature. Later, the pasta is bronze pierced to guarantee that unmistakable rough surface capable of retaining and enhancing sauces and condiments. Finally, the pasta is subjected to a dual drying and low temperature for a whole night.
Thanks to the production process followed, the pasta has a high yield in cooking, doubling its volume.
