100% Italian gluten-free legume paste. It is obtained from steam cooked legumes and dried at low temperature. Finally, the pasta is subjected to a dual drying and low temperature for a whole night.
Thanks to the production process followed, the pasta has a high yield in cooking, doubling its volume.
