Aromatic rice with a long grain (basmati type). During cooking, it releases fragrance similar to that of freshly baked bread. It is recommended to cook in plenty of water, salted to taste. Ideal to accompany meat, fish and vegetable dishes, for the preparation of oriental dishes and rice salads. Great enjoyed in white with oil or butter and Parmesan.
