GIN CIAIS PREMIUM DRY

Produced entirely in Cuneo, an area renowned for the quality of raw materials and artisan tradition. Ciais Premium Dry Gin is part of the Bordiga “Small Batch” Premium Gin range. This distillate represents the excellence of Italian craftsmanship. Produced in limited quantities using a traditional wood-fired copper still, it is obtained from a careful selection of juniper berries and native herbs from the Maritime Alps. The result is a transparent and crystalline gin, with a strongly balsamic and floral aromatic profile. On the nose it stands out for its intense bouquet of spices, flowers and citrus fruits, while on the palate it offers a rounded and balanced flavour, fresh and persistent in the finish.
