ÙNICA® pasta is a source of fibre and plant-based protein, resulting in a low glycaemic index.
Cooking time and method: ready in just 5 minutes, it is cooked directly in a frying pan, adding approximately 250 ml of water for every 60 g of pasta. This risotto-style cooking method preserves all the valuable micronutrients, preventing them from being lost in the drained cooking water.

Ingredients
45% steamed yellow corn, 35% steamed and dehulled legumes (white beans, chickpeas, yellow lentils, yellow peas), 15% steamed white corn, 5% steamed millet. GLUTEN-FREE.
After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
