GLUTEN-FREE GOLDEN ALE – LABI PRESTIGE

LABI is an independent craft brewery founded in 2014 in Rosà, near Bassano del Grappa, from three friends’ shared passion for high-quality craft beer. Its name, an acronym for “La Artigianale Birra Italiana”, embodies the spirit of the project and evokes a convivial, cheerful and distinctly Italian way of life. Production focuses on top-fermented beers, inspired primarily by British and Belgian brewing traditions and made with carefully selected ingredients.
Gluten-Free is a pale beer made using a specific production process to remove gluten. It is a lively straw-yellow colour with a fine, abundant and moderately persistent white head. Its aroma reveals delicate, fragrant notes of cereals and honey, followed by pleasant herbaceous hints from the hops. Fresh on the palate, it offers gentle bitterness and a fairly dry finish. Its strength lies in its ability to satisfy those with gluten intolerance while retaining the full flavour and aroma of a craft beer.
