Pallini is a historic Italian producer of liqueurs and syrups, founded by Nicola Pallini in Antrodoco in 1875 and relocated to Rome during the 1920s. Today, it is the only distillery still operating in the Italian capital and an important name in the country’s beverage industry. Its production combines traditional recipes, generations of family expertise and meticulous attention to quality. Gran Caffè is produced according to an ancient family recipe using exclusively a pure coffee infusion. During production, selected coffee beans are roasted, ground and infused within just a few hours, preserving the freshness and aromatic intensity that distinguish the finished liqueur. Il Gran Caffè is exceptionally versatile: ideal enjoyed neat, it is perfect for enhancing creamy gelato or preparing an authentic tiramisu. It also makes an excellent base for summer cocktails shaken with ice or can be served hot in winter, topped with cream.
