Teroldego Grappa is a single-variety grappa obtained exclusively from pomace from the company's vineyards, carefully selected to guarantee the highest quality of the raw material. The distillation takes place slowly according to the traditional discontinuous Trentino bain-marie method, which allows the most authentic characteristics of the vine to be preserved and enhanced. It stands out for its clear and complex aroma, rich in elegant aromatic nuances, and for a broad and harmonious taste, characterized by pleasant references to raspberry and Golden apple. The result is a balanced and persistent grappa, an authentic expression of the territory and the Trentino distilling tradition.
