For almost two centuries, Caffarel has been a benchmark in the history of chocolate and is recognised as a historic brand of national interest. Its identity is rooted in Italian heritage, tradition and a strong connection with the local area, values that the company preserves and renews every day. Production begins with carefully selected cocoa beans from Ecuador and Ghana, which are transformed through a slow and meticulous process based on extensive expertise and constant control at every stage. What makes Caffarel chocolate unique is its exceptional smoothness, a distinctive quality also reflected in the mastery with which the hazelnuts are processed. A method perfected over time combines careful roasting with precise refining to create a smooth, fragrant paste that blends harmoniously with chocolate.
The Piemonte Assorted Hobo is a selection of pralines in which hazelnuts take centre stage, making up 39% of the recipe. The assortment combines chocolate, whole hazelnuts and a smooth, enveloping hazelnut and milk component. A delightful interplay of textures and flavours, created for those who enjoy the combination of chocolate sweetness and the intense roasted notes of nuts. Ideal for sharing, serving to guests or offering as a refined after-dinner treat.
