A light sauté of onion and the embrace of tomato pulp, good and full-bodied, finally a shower of cacio cheese and black pepper. A pinch of parsley at the end of cooking.

Ingredients
Tomato 78% (Italian origin), extra virgin olive oil, onion, cacio cheese 5.2% (milk cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet), white wine, parsley, salt, black pepper 0.4%.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
