Founded in Tuscany by a family with deep agricultural roots, this artisan company combines tradition and quality in the production of organic dry pasta. For three generations, the Bertoli family has directly cultivated its own durum wheat on the pristine hills of Santa Luce, following principles of sustainable agriculture and full traceability of the supply chain. In addition to short-chain organic artisanal pasta, produced with its own durum wheat and carefully processed to enhance its organoleptic qualities and digestibility, the company also produces extra virgin olive oil, organic honey, and pasta seasonings. The production philosophy is based on full traceability, respect for biodiversity, and the valorisation of agricultural raw materials, offering an integrated range of authentic products.
Dried pasta made with ancient grains, such as Senatore Cappelli and Saragolla, which guarantee high-quality gluten. Bronze-drawn and dried at very low temperatures, these production choices make it possible to obtain an excellent product in which all the organoleptic characteristics are preserved, resulting in greater digestibility.
