Without added sugar or tomato paste, they guarantee quality and authenticity. Supply chain traceability is guaranteed. Slowly cooked in a pot, with a base of extra virgin olive oil, onion and carrot, "Roma" type tomato pulp and the rounded taste of cow's milk ricotta. A light sauté of onion and carrot
and an addition of parsley.

Ingredients
80% tomato (Italian origin), onion, ricotta (serum and cream milk, salt), extra virgin olive oil, carrot, basil, salt.
Store in a cool place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
