HONEY BISCUITS WITH SPELLED FLOUR

Honey pastries with spelled flour and butter, without palm oil. Delicious honey and spelled biscuits, ideal during the tea time or to be soaked in milk coffee.

The dough is prepared using non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, without being subjected to the industrial process of "saturation".
The brown sugar, coming from the fair and supportive circuit, enriches the biscuits of all the substances of which it is rich (vitamins, mineral salts, amino acids), unlike the white one.
The aromas, used, are of natural derivation.
