Later, the pasta is bronze pierced to guarantee that unmistakable rough surface capable of retaining and enhancing sauces and condiments. Finally, the pasta is subjected to a dual drying and low temperature for a whole night.
Thanks to the production process followed, the pasta has a high yield in cooking, doubling its volume.
