SEMI BROWN ITALIAN CARNAROLI RICE FOR RISOTTO

Semi-brown Italian Carnaroli rice with a long and consistent grain; It has a reduced cooking time compared to wholemeal Carnaroli rice, maintaining almost similar properties.

Suitable for rice salad, stir-fry preparations and also for a typical Italian risotto, or simply boiled with oil/butter and cheese.
