ITALIAN GLUTEN FREE CRAFT BEER

Low fermentation beer of pure barley malt. Although not different cereals have been used by the barley malt, this beer is naturally gluten free. Thanks to a long and careful processing, a real and at the same time completely gluten free beer was obtained !!!

Very light notes of honey, slightly dry and hopped.
Its color is straw yellow and abundant foam.

Kauss craft beer is produced at the foot of Monviso, cultivated with land adjacent to the company thus giving safety to the consumer of the origin of the raw materials.
