ITALIAN ESISKIE CRAFT BEER

Dedicated to Colle d’Esischie, a strategic pass between the Grana and Maira valleys. It is produced with 25% of wheat of "Gentil Rosso" variety of the Grana Valley and with exclusive use of Cascade hops of the Valle Maira.

Made by four hands together with the brewer of the Alp Acceglio micro -rifile, he is golden in color with an intense velature.
Aroma: moderate sensations of fresh cereal and bakery, light hopped notes, citrus, floral. Thin fruity perceptions. To the drunk the slight sweetness and softness of fresh cereals returns and then turns on the bitterness contained but sharp and persistent notes. On average light body, spilled sparkling.

Kauss craft beer is produced at the foot of Monviso, cultivated with land adjacent to the company thus giving safety to the consumer of the origin of the raw materials.
