Extra virgin olive oil of a higher category obtained directly from the olives and only through mechanical procedures. It is cold extracted (<27 ° C) and free acidity, expressed in oleic acid, is less than 0.8%. It is produced with olives belonging to the following cultivars: Leccino, Pendolino, Coratina, Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccio del Corno which are collected in the months of October and November. Then, the oil is flavored with white truffle. A very characteristic and easy -to -use perfume is therefore obtained with a sauce and perfume. It is perfect for completing the recipes with a refined note of white truffle aroma.
