Extra virgin olive oil of a superior category obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures. It is cold extracted (< 27°C) and the free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, is less than 0.8%. It is produced with olives belonging to the following cultivars: Leccino, Pendolino, Coratina, Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccio del Corno, which are harvested in the months of October and November. Then, the oil is flavored with white truffle. A very characteristic and easy-to-use aroma is obtained. It is perfect for completing recipes with a refined note of white truffle.

Organic extra virgin olive oil 99%, white truffle 0.5% (Tuber Magnatum Pico - Origin: Italy), flavoring.
