Deep, velvety ruby red in colour. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, eucalyptus and liquorice, together with dark chocolate and graphite, framed by spicy and toasted notes from its brief oak ageing. Dry and full-bodied on the palate, with velvety tannins, impressive structure, definition and elegance.

Harvest: picked by hand into crates

Vinification: the grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by skin maceration with frequent pump-overs and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25–26°C

Ageing: in oak casks for 6–8 months

Alcohol content: 13% – Contains sulphites

Serving temperature: 16–18°C
