Brilliant yellow in color, with fine perlage. Complex aromas of white field flowers and whit-fleshed fruit with noteds of bread crust. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, well balanced between acidity and minerals, with a persistent finish.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C. Open the bottle just before serving
