LEMON SPREAD

Casa Iuorio’s vegetables are grown following the natural rhythms of the land and the seasons. Only seeds from native varieties are used, without resorting to intensive farming or greenhouses. The plants grow in open fields, without the use of chemical agents, and are carefully harvested by hand. Processing takes place directly at Casa Iuorio, selecting only vegetables that have reached perfect ripeness. Even the jar filling and labelling are carried out by hand, ensuring an authentic and genuine product.
Sweet Lemon Spread is made with lemons hand-picked at full ripeness and processed immediately in the company’s own workshop. It is made without preservatives or colourings and contains no eggs or milk.

Ingredients
Lemon juice and peel 40%, water, sugar, maize starch, limoncello liqueur (water, alcohol, sugar, lemon peel).
Store in a cool place, away from light sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within two weeks.
