Obtained through discontinuous distillation in a bain-marie of lemon peels previously macerated in alcohol, this liqueur is perfectly transparent and crystalline. On the nose it offers elegant and delicate notes that recall freshly bloomed orange blossom flowers, with soft nuances of vanilla and caramel. A refined product, to be enjoyed rigorously chilled (–20 °C), ideal for those seeking aromatic intensity and purity in the Italian distilling tradition.
