AMALFI COAST LIMONCELLO

Scacciaventi is a producer based in Cava de’ Tirreni, founded to convey the aromas, flavours and traditions of the Amalfi Coast through its liqueurs and spirits. Its name pays tribute to the ancient Borgo Scacciaventi, the historic and artisanal heart of the town, reflecting the company’s deep connection to the local area. Its range includes specialities crafted through meticulous production methods using ingredients that represent the finest traditions of Campania, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility. A lemon liqueur obtained by macerating fresh Amalfi Coast lemon peels in pure alcohol, following an ancient traditional recipe from the Sorrento Peninsula.
Approximately 550 grams of peel—equivalent to eight medium-sized lemons—are used for every litre of alcohol, together with a carefully balanced mixture of water and sugar. The result is an authentic, natural-tasting liqueur. Best served ice-cold at -20°C to enhance its fragrance and freshness.
