Pallini is a historic Italian producer of liqueurs and syrups, founded by Nicola Pallini in Antrodoco in 1875 and relocated to Rome during the 1920s. Today, it is the only distillery still operating in the Italian capital and an important name in the country’s beverage industry. Its production combines traditional recipes, generations of family expertise and meticulous attention to quality. Available in more than 45 countries, Pallini brings authentic Italian flavour to the world through distinctive, carefully crafted specialities deeply rooted in its history.
Pallini Limoncello is made according to a historic family recipe that has been passed down through generations and remains faithfully preserved today. It is produced using prized PGI Sfusato Amalfitano lemons, grown without chemical pesticides on the characteristic terraces of the Amalfi Coast. Hand-picked according to tradition, these lemons are distinguished by their elongated shape and thin, fragrant peel, naturally rich in essential oils.
Its 26% alcohol content has been carefully calibrated to deliver a fresh, intense aromatic profile while retaining a pleasantly smooth character on the palate. Pallini Limoncello is available in a wide selection of sizes and presentation options, designed to showcase its distinctive packaging and meet different consumer and market requirements.
