Brusa is a family-run company founded in 1974 in the Biella area, combining the depth of Piedmontese tradition with an innovative and artisanal approach. Lingue di Gatto are thin, crisp biscuits made with butter, egg white and a pinch of salt that enhances their delicate flavour. Ingredients
Type “00” soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, free-range egg white, salt, vanillin. May contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, soya.
