Brusa was born in the heart of the Biella area where tradition and responsibility come together to give life to good and genuine products, the result of careful and respectful craftsmanship.
Milanese panettone is a dessert that keeps tradition intact. Worked by hand and obtained from an ancient white mother yeast, it stands out for a long and complex natural fermentation process, which gives the dough greater digestibility, a more intense aroma and an unmistakable fragrance. At the base there is a careful selection of ingredients: candied Italian orange and diamond citron peels and quality raisins, which enrich a soft and fragrant dough, capable of telling the profound bond between craftsmanship and territory.
Ingredients
Flour wheat, egg yolkegg, butter, sugar, raisins 9%, candied orange peel 9% (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup), natural white yeast (contains wheat), water, candied citron 4.5% (cedar, sugar, glucose syrup), honey, salt, flavouring. It can contain nuts, soy and seeds of sesame.
